Demi-Tasse:
Directions
- Using the recommended traditional small brass coffee pot, or "Briki", measure one cup of water for every one cup of Demi-Tasse coffee desired.
- Heat until lukewarm.
- Add one heaping teaspoon of Venizelos Coffee per cup; with sugar as desired.
- Bring to boil over low flame until foam is formed.
- Pour off coffee into Demi-Tasse cups, dividing foam evenly among friends.
